Customer Need.

The Customer was after a clean contemporary website that followed the brand direction created in there monthly newsletters.

The internal newsletters followed a very distinctive grid layout using the brand colors to highlight sections around the page.

There was also lots of infographic based off information that needed to be utilized on the website in a consistent method. The clients ethos is based on these 4 pillars.

We needed to ensure that these pillars were communicated in the most generic manner whilst also not dating the website. As a soon as you land on the website

How We Are Adding Value?

  1. We are modernizing the website visually but making it easier to update for the client

  2. Time management: this client struggles to find the time in between all her other jobs to support the website. We help manage the core features of the website to ensure it is always up to date and provide support with a knowledge base site / videos & user guide

  3. Future proof – we build the sites in a manner that allows the client to easily change the design with our team if they choose to go in a different direction ensuring that the visual can adapt and change but the functionality and support received remains the same.

  4. Quarterly checking: we want to understand the schools roadmap as much as the school does and by having regular check-ins we can identify possible opportunities of mini- projects that can help advance the presences of the website for future events or needed functionality.

Read through what our customers
are saying about Parentapps.

It really has changed the way we communicate with our community. It’s streamlined processes, it has enabled staff to really quickly send out messages, communicate and reach a wider audience.

Brian Gamble

Acklam Whin Primary School

It’s honestly the best thing we’ve done. It’s efficient, it saves such a lot of time and it’s one central place again which for me is the most important thing.

Sharon Spencer

ICS Madrid International

Printing out 400 letters and distributing them around the school was time-consuming. With the app, you know the messages you send out will be seen by parents.

Lisa Johnson

River View Primary School
We have had people ring up and comment on its design and our parents and children love the video and photographs.

Sandra Burgess

St Teresa's RC Primary School

It’s massively reduced costs through paper letters but also having term dates and links to the website, makes the information far more accessible and that’s reduced the number of things parents call in for.

Sophie Lewis-Newton

St John Bosco Arts College

It’s immediate. We can hit many many parents, really quickly. It’s just revolutionized school. That’s all I can say, it’s just fantastic. I really really love it.
